DIRECTIONS

GoodSeed Farm is in Adams County, just North of the Appalachian Highway (State Route 32) between Peebles and Tranquility. From Seaman, follow Tranquility Pike to Tranquility, continue straight on Old State Route 32 5 miles. From Peebles, take 41 North (Main Street) to the first light, make a left on Vine, bear right at the stop sign 3 miles to GoodSeed Farm. 

FROM CINCINNATI (Scenic Route through Tranquility) 

From Cincinnati, take Route 32 (Appalachian Highway) East to Seaman. Just past the Route 247 intersection, make a left onto Tranquility Pike. Just after the RR crossing, Tranquility Pike becomes Route 770. Follow 770 into the town of Tranquility, then continue straight (770 goes left) onto Old State Route 32. GoodSeed Farm is on the left one mile past the “twin bridges” at Lawshe Road/Church Road. 

FROM CINCINNATI (Four-lane Route through Peebles) 

From Cincinnati, take Route 32 (Appalachian Highway) East to State Route 41, make a left onto 41 North. Follow Route 41 one mile to the first traffic light in Peebles, make a left onto Vine Street, then bear right at the stop sign onto Old State Route 32. GoodSeed Farm is three miles on right. 

FROM COLUMBUS, PORTSMOUTH & POINTS EAST 

Take Route 23 to Piketon, then go West on Route 32 (Appalachian Highway) 23 miles to State Route 41. Make a right onto 41 North. Follow Route 41 one mile to the first traffic light in Peebles, make a left onto Vine Street, then bear right at the stop sign onto Old State Route 32. GoodSeed Farm is three miles on right. 

FROM WEST UNION, MAYSVILLE & POINTS SOUTH

From West Union, follow Route 41 North across Route 32 into Peebles. At the first traffic light in Peebles, make a left onto Vine Street, then bear right at the stop sign onto Old State Route 32. GoodSeed Farm is three miles on right. 

FROM HILLSBORO, WILMINGTON & POINTS NORTHWEST

From Hillsboro, take Route 73 South through Belfast to route 770 South, bear right onto 770. Follow to the village of May Hill (about 2 miles), make a left onto Louisville Road. Follow Louisville road through the first stop sign, make a right at the second stop sign onto Marble Furnace Road. At the end of Marble Furnace Road make a right turn, go ¼ mile to GoodSeed Farm on right.
